Paranormal Activity

The Walronds is widely considered one of Devon’s most haunted locations. Paranormal investigators and visitors report frequent physical activity:

The Lawyer’s Shadow: A dark, gliding figure—believed to be the original builder, John Peter—is frequently seen in the main hall. He is said to move toward the parlour, where he once met legal clients.

The Mother Superior: Legend has it that nuns once stayed at the property. Footsteps pace the upper rooms, and witnesses have reported a stern female figure, the Mother Superior, looming from the shadows.

The Witches’ Coven: A long-standing rumour claims that a coven once used the house for rituals. This idea comes from the Apotropaic Marks (witch marks) carved into fireplaces and doorways. These circular symbols were meant to "trap" evil spirits and keep them from entering through the chimney.

Ghost wander around Walrods. Will you bump into any of them on the investigation.
