You understand that our tours take place after dark in historic, often ancient, locations. By their nature, these environments may include uneven terrain, steep stairs, low lighting, and unpredictable weather conditions.

You confirm that you are in a physical condition suitable for walking outdoors or standing for extended periods. It is your responsibility to wear appropriate, sturdy footwear (no open-toed shoes or heels) and weather-appropriate clothing.

Our events are designed to be atmospheric and may involve themes of a supernatural or macabre nature. You acknowledge that these experiences can be startling or psychologically intense.

Guests with pre-existing heart conditions, extreme anxiety, or a nervous disposition should consult a medical professional before attending.

You agree that Devon Ghost Tours Limited, its directors, and its guides are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where such injury or loss is caused by our proven negligence.

While we visit locations with a history of paranormal activity, we make no guarantees of "ghostly" manifestations. We do not use actors or "fake" scares; there is no conjuring of spirits. However, you accept that the unpredictable nature of the paranormal is a core part of the experience, and we cannot make spirits perform on command.
