Haunted Railway Tour

The Ilfracombe railway line opened in 1874 as a single track line. In 1874 it was upgraded to a double track line and in 1970 it closed.

Much of the course of the line can still be seen today though much of the line has been converted into public walk & cycle way.

Famous Trains such as the Atlantic Coast Express and the Devon Belle started and terminated at Ilfracombe station.

Join us as we explore the railway from the old railway station now (PALL EUROPE LTD ) to Slade Tunnel. Hear about the many untimely deaths that happened along the line during its time in service.
